Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard Split

I am kinda sad about this news, I thought they seemed like a pretty good couple. I am not a big fan of hers, but she seemed happy and Kyle is awesome :). The split was a mutual decision, and there were no third parties involved - the couple had been together since 2008. LC has yet to tweet about it, but I have the feeling she will address it in the near future.

Thanks to gossipcop.com for the news and the pic :)

RIP Ryan Dunn

It may be considered "old news" now that Jackass star, Ryan Dunn, passed away yesterday morning from a horrific car accident, but now the other person in the car has been identified. The passenger was 30 year-old Zachary Hartwell, a production assistant for the second Jackass movie. It seems everyone has gone to Twitter or Facebook to say their goodbyes to Ryan...everyone except Roger Ebert. Ebert made the bad decision of posting a bad joke on Twitter that many people did not find funny at all. Roger Ebert posted on his Twitter yesterday (just hours after the accident, mind you): “Friends don’t let jackasses drink and drive." His facebook page has since been removed due to the controversy caused by the tweet.

Tracy Morgan's Anti-Gay Rant....And The Apology For It

First off, I want to say that I am appalled that he would even find this humorous.

Tracy Morgan went on a violent, homophobic rant during a performance in Nashville on June 3.

The “30 Rock” star made a series of jokes aimed at gays and lesbians.

“Gays need to quit being p**sies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying… [homosexuality] is something that kids learn from the media and programming.”

Morgan also mentioned what he’d do if his son told him he’s gay, “I’ll pull out a knife and stab that little n**ger to death.”

He also said women are only lesbians because they hate men.

10 to 15 audience members were said to have left during his tyrant.

His apology for the "joke" is below. Please leave your thoughts and opinions in the comments!

“I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville. I’m not a hateful person and don’t condone any kind of violence against others. While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context.”

Tina Fey (a long time supporter of gay rights) has responded to the rant by saying that the violent imagery was disturbing, but that he isn't a hateful person.

Gabrielle Union Reacts To Rihanna's Controversial Video

Rihanna's video for her song, Man Down, shows Rihanna taking justice into her own hands and shooting the man that raped her. Actress Gabrielle Union opens up about trying to shoot that man that raped her as a teen. Union used Twitter as her outlet, and had this to say “Durin my rape I tried 2 shoot my rapist, bt I missed. Over the yrs I realized tht killin my rapist wouldve added insult 2 injury,”
“The DESIRE 2 kill someone whose abused/raped u is understandable, bt unless its self defense n the moment 2 save ur life, just ADDS 2 ur troubles #mandown”

“I repeat SELF DEFENSE 2 save urself/protect urself, I’m ALL 4. Otherwise victim/survivor takin justice N2 ur own hands w/ violence = MO trouble 4 U!!”

The man was a “stranger who robbed the store I worked at,” explains Union. “He put his gun dwn durin the rape & asked me 2 [hand] it 2 him.”

Union is an active advocate for rape crisis centers and says this about Rihanna's new video “#mandown video did a GREAT job of getting the ENTIRE world TALKING abt RAPE,” says Union. “I hope tht it leads 2 HEALING & PREVENTS RAPE”
