Natalee Holloway Declared Dead

It has been 7 years since that now famous senior trip to Aruba, and an Alabama judge decided that was long enough. Natalee Holloway was declared dead today at the request of her father. He said in 7 years there was no proof that she was alive, and the investigation hasn't had any new leads. Although he has a very good point, there hasn't been any solid proof that she is dead either. A "confession" from her alleged murderer who has changed his story so many times, I can't even keep it straight. There hasn't been a body found in all these years, but I do agree that she is dead, and I do think (without a doubt) that Joran Van Der Sloot is the one responsible. He may have killed her on purpose, or it was an accident, but he is guilty either way. I am glad he will be getting justice for his killing in Peru.
